GET OUTDOORS, have fun and be active in this affordable BOOTCAMP. The complete outdoor fitness program has been designed to meet the needs of all levels of fitness and strength through:

FEEL MOTIVATED as you participate in this group centred, self-paced conditioning program. Before and after fitness evaluations will help you reach your goals and show evidence of your results.

Enthusiasts and beginners will work individually and as a team while performing a variety of cardio, strength building and stretching activities. Your instructor will ensure you are using proper form and technique throughout the program.

You will need to bring a yoga mat, 2 hand weights (we recommend 3-5lbs for women and 5-8lbs for men) and a water bottle.
