The Organization
In 2001, NSSC began as a co-ed recreational volleyball league with a focus on fun. It has developed into one of Nanaimo's best sport and social experiences for people over the age of 18. With hundreds of participants, we have evolved into a multi-sport organization that accommodates all levels of competition from beginner to advanced. We welcome all types of players including singles and whole teams.

Jason and Melissa Kristiansen have lived in Nanaimo for 9 years. During this time, we've spread our enthusiasm for active living, community recreation and staying healthy to hundreds of other residents in Nanaimo. We genuinely enjoy creating opportunities for people to play together; it's what makes a great community!

Troy Gaudon is NSSC's fresh thinker. As a long time athlete with a degree in Sports Management, Troy has brought enthusiasm and expertise to our organization. He will be heading our indoor soccer league for the fall and winter seasons as well as starting our first beach soccer league in summer '08.

To provide you with the best sport and social experience so that you can maintain an active lifestyle with other fun, active individuals.

To support local, non-profit community organizations that make a positive impact on our community by raising money through tournaments and social events; all while helping people get active, social and stay healthy and happy.
